    Default Semi skimmed milk

Is it ok to have cups of tea and coffee with semi-skimmed milk on phase 2?

Definitely...but as part of a meal. Not in between as the carbs can add up.

What GW sa8d. By having any milk between meals the carb in milk spikes insulin the fat storing hormone and this way of eating is designed to keep blood sugars and insulin on an even keel.

It doesn’t have to be semi skimmed. In fact , if you are having a fat meal whole milk is probably better.
