Wow, what a lot of non weight related benefits - hopefully these will help when motivation wavers.

I’ve also got much better skin, and another one for the list :

    6. I’ve stopped coughing which is linked to not eating bread.

    Improved Asthma

    No more thrush and cystitis

    You name a few

Going through the bathroom cabinet this weekend I discovered potions which I no longer need for conditions I no longer have. I no longer have patches of dry skin on my elbows and no more do I suffer with (the squeamish should look away now) intimate itching.

The list of benefits is certainly extensive and worth fighting for I think.

Relating to skin - I no longer need to constantly use lip balm. My lips are fine. Wish I didn’t have chicken skin arms though. I’m jealous Perry.

Carol my chicken skin arms disappeared completely after a few years on Harcombe, but was very mild after years of using non toxic bathroom and personal care products which avoided the use of sodium lauryl sulphate or propylene glycol.

I never connected it to products Rosey. I thought it was a muscle tone problem and associated with aging. Might look at my toiletries. I already use sulphate free shampoo but that’s to avoid stripping natural oils.
