    I wonder if any of the people who claim it’s difficult to sustain have actually tried it. Personally the choice of starving yet still failing on calorie counting or low fat versus eating till satisfied on proper food - no contest.

    Aside from slip-ups at work, it's pretty much what I've been doing for quite awhile. And I do it because it works for me. I don't feel any hardship, nor do I feel hungry. If you go to a keto related forum such as r/keto ( I love reading what other people do ), the praise and results speak for themselves.

    What I found the biggest issue with calorie counting was the ever decreasing amount that I could eat. I was perpetually hungry. On LCHF, I can eat to satiety, so I never feel deprived xx
    My mind is like my PC screen: 19 tabs open on the top bar, 3 of them are frozen, 25 half written emails on the bottom bar, and I have no idea where the music is coming from...
