Eating vegan food is probably not easy without processed foods and "vegan ready meals" - it takes a lot of pre preparation and planning to get proper nutrients. So I have a suspicion that Greggs and M & S, Tesco et al just see this as another means of making money from selling processed ready meals. It is just another bandwagon and the supermarkets aren't going to miss out on a chance of making money on the "latest trend".

I read somewhere that there has been a 380% increase in veganism in the UK, can't remember over what period but suspect it's the well heeled yuppies who can afford M&S vegan ready meals.

How long do they remain vegan. What is the drop out rate? Are they 100% vegan?
