Default Dr Nick Fuller with his anti fad diet

Eat what you want, don't cut out anything and lose weight.

Sounds too good to be true, now there's a fad diet if ever I saw one.

I stopped reading at “no evidence that cutting out carbs makes any difference”. It does to me whether an “expert” thinks so or not.

    He is saying

Eat more not less - very much in line with THD

Eat real food not out of packets -in line with THD.

He does say do not cut out any food groups - with THD we do not mix carbs and fats but we can still have both if we want.

Breaking the pattern is listed - this is in line with THD breaking old food related habits e.g. snacking

So maybe what he is saying is not too bad just the way the journalist writes gives the impression of a fad diet.
