    That was interesting, thank you.
    The high carb, low nutrient scenario isn't the only problem: the use of glyphosate really adds to our woes, and its use is increasing in many countries.
    In Jersey, if the Brexit outcome is 'no deal', we will have food shortages very quickly! Good riddance to a lot of foodstuffs (branded goods in the main), but worrying otherwise, as I don't see our politicians thinking about this.

    There are a lot of things they don't seem to be thinking about unfortunately.
