    @Grumbleweed
    PS...did anyone else lose Harcombe from about 6:30pm? I kept getting a message that the site couldn't respond.
    Looking into it at this end. Nothing obvious in the first stage logs that I can see so I've asked the developers to have a closer look for us.
    The truth is deafening, no matter how quietly spoken.

    Hi, I don’t get any message, but I get a failure to connect to Harcombe forum on a fairly regular basis. I can connect to other sites - so it’s not an internet connection issue my end
    My mind is like my PC screen: 19 tabs open on the top bar, 3 of them are frozen, 25 half written emails on the bottom bar, and I have no idea where the music is coming from...

    NOpe I agree. I do not watch the news ever! I have an app on my phone that I go into once a day, just to keep up with whats happening if there should be a crisis.

    Stumbled across this today. It's massive and pretty comprehensive analysis of not just the EAT nonsense, but also of the influence of commercial interests in the food supply over the past 50 - 100 years.

    Thank you Hugh.
    I loved the first question:

    Should you EAT Lancet?
    My first reaction is yes. That is the most nutrition you are going to get out of this diet, by eating the paper. After you have eaten the Lancet, then do your normal diet of JERF
    Trust the process, the results will come

    Thank you Hugh, I agree Christelle - opened the link for later reading and giggled at the headline.
