    Nice find RM. Riverford Organics is just up the road from us and I believe that they do regular vegetarian only days at their restaurant, so good to see they have such a sensible attitude to food and nutrition.

    Don't you just love Joanna Blythman!

    I feel like I know her, but we've never met. We've been in email and twitter comms for years and we pass each other leads and info frequently. We've been in a private twitter group messaging on this EAT thing and sharing good rebuttals, so that we can retweet them. That point on calories from vegetables vs soy/grains is brilliant! It's criminal what they're suggesting. It's essentially a grain and vegetable oil diet, with the most nutritious food demonised.

    And if only this were better for planet health. However...

    Looks like a severe case of "Do what I say, not what I do".

    Or possibly one law for the elites and another for the "little people". Perhaps this couple should read a biography of Marie Antoinette...
