Default Sounds like good news to me

WW shares have dropped a bucket load last year. The reason - keto.

I can’t believe that I used to treat myself every Friday lunchtime at work to a weight watchers lasagna and a Diet Coke. In my mind I thought it was better for me than a McDonald’s.
    Please don’t judge me!

In my late 20s I stopped eating all that "Artery clogging saturated fat" and replaced it with"Heart healthy" vegetable oils. The arthritis in my knees gave me a clue that I wasn't doing the right thing!

    No arthritis now.

I still feel so guilty that I bullied my dad into changing from his life long love of New Zealand butter to Flora.
He had heart problems (died of heart failure) and terrible Rheumatoid Arthritis (although I know that isn't the same root cause as osteoarthritis) so the Flora did him no good at all.

We just do not know these things Mamie.
If I had known any better I would have helped my F.i.L to not eat All bran flakes with being T2
