    I could eat 3 8oz (250g) steaks but not every day, I would need some pork shoulder (cheaper than belly) and some fish.

    My mind is like my PC screen: 19 tabs open on the top bar, 3 of them are frozen, 25 half written emails on the bottom bar, and I have no idea where the music is coming from...

    Yes I'm sure, and I'm not surprised - but the point (which I think stands) is that 3 x 6 ounce servings of meat a day is not wildly restrictive. So in conclusion, this Pegan diet is just a bit of a daft marketing ploy to sell books.

    Mark Hyman has some pretty quacky ideas -- some of his books on detoxing and "life-extension" are way out in left field.

    I'll stick to THD, though much of Mark Sisson's advice is pretty sensible.
