    Default How life in space might change people

    There is an article in the Times today which I found interesting. If you send one twin into earth orbit for a year and the other remains on earth what differences can be detected between them when the space station visitor returns? Changes in microbiome, lengthening telomeres to name but a couple. Read a little about it here.

    Naughty Carol! They did look very upset - not surprisingly - when it just sort of dropped! But at least no lives were lost...and wasn't there a Beagle 2 British Mars lander that ....didn't? And the one that landed in the wrong place on the comet... Philae...

    Great article. The lengthened telomeres then bouncing back was really weird.
    One is too many a thousand not enough.

    My friend lives in Israel and she was doing a running commentary on its progress via Whatsap. She is so disappointed.

    It’s amazing when you hear how much it cost. Hardly anything in this day and age.
