Not if I can help it. Pass the bacon and eggs.

Trends come and trends go, I doubt this will be "universal" ever. As Carol says - pass the bacon and eggs!

And the world doesn't have enough cashew nuts. Still, all the more Belly Pork for the rest of us.

This may be true. However by 2050 the ill health which such vegan converts suffer will have them returning to eating meat, fish and dairy.. The omnivore resistance movement will have been secretly raising pigs in remote barns and urban allotment sheds and will be ready to supply the new market.

As I'll be 100 by then Gilli I'll probably be an inadvertent vegan as I'll only be able to mumble bread and jam, my teeth having been shredded on the cashew nuts...

There are significant numbers of people who claim to be "vegetarian" or "vegan" but who still eat eggs, cheese, or even chicken.

And that's excluding the ones who sneak out to McDonalds or Burger King when they hope no one's looking...

The fact that is a prediction by 'plantbasednews' means it can be safely ignored as 'wishful-thinking'
The worst bigots in the world are those who most loudly proclaim their ‘tolerance’
