Default Loving the new diet and health club, lots of professional articles etc..

Hi all, I don't come on here often due to time constraints, but I really should more often as I love all the up to date info. I love sharing stories, experiences with other like minded people. It helps you stay focussed too, and is great to know others have the same understanding regarding THD.

    Have a great Christmas everyone!

Good job Zoe correcting the Lancet paper!

Merry Christmas to you Ann. It’s good to know that the few of us who regularly post, aren’t talking to ourselves. Hopefully you’ll find a bit more time to keep in touch.
