Seems A groups have a poorer recovery after covid-19.
One is too many a thousand not enough.
Yes...and O groups may have a more positive response.
I'm O. But I won't be getting up close to strangers just yet...
Dear Stomach, you are bored, not hungry. So shut up.
I'm A+ blood type, no BAME ancestors (that I know of, researched ancestors back to 1790)
all Welsh /Irish/Anglo Saxon, with one Spanish ship member GGGG+P (Irish side, Armada, shipwreck, involuntary immigrant! so no idea of his ancestry, could have been Moorish, Oh pure Spain ish, no idea, sorry!)

Interesting CW.
I heard on another forum I belong to that people with A blood group do not fare as well with Covid-19 as people with O blood group. The person who made the assertion is a bit on the “far-out wing” and I took it with a pinch of salt and moved on. I may have misjudged him, however, because as time goes on there is more and more anecdotal evidence that this is a significant factor in recovery from this virus.

Several seperate studies have come up with similar findings relating to blood type and Covid risk.
The articles I found all dated back to mid June, but I don't recall seeing anything in the media.

I hope you are soon feeling a lot better CW. Sounds like you’ve been through the wringer.
The person who set me off on this path was one of the people Zoe follows on twitter Dr Tamsin Lewis she's done iron man competitions and won against men, she has had covid-19 and months later is till struggling to regain her health. Seems A+ A- AB have worse outcomes even if they were fit and healthy when they caught the bug.
I'm blood type A+ so have started being very cautious since I read her story and the couple of artcilces I found.
