    . . . Lose weight for the second wave.

    Never has it been more important to be lean and healthy. If only the guidelines would stop peddling the same old calories in calories out rubbish!!

    Same here. I'm going to keep doing what I have done for the past 4 months. ( and before )Eat well, take vitamin D, C, and magnesium, along with traditional anti virals like garlic in my cooking and elderberry/Echinacea.

    And intermittent fasting 6/16 is my option.
    One is too many a thousand not enough.
