    This one is scary on bariatric surgery proposal, but the sugar part gets it right(ish). Unfortunately, controlling food manufacturers is up there with Canute, and as long as they provide the majority of people’s diet, nothing will change.

    I was quite impressed that the first one only mentioned sugar as being a problem and not fat.

    I could only read the first article and he obviously supports the move more do less paradigm, which has been the flagship for weight loss and has unfortunately not sunk without trace.
    Its primary determinants are high calorie intake and low levels of physical activity
    One is too many a thousand not enough.
