Default Low carb study shows benefits for people with diabetes

Another low carb study showing that it's beneficial in helping people with diabetes. Perhaps Nice might reinstate Dr Unwin's in for graphics on it's Web site

I saw one heading like this this morning and it was in an Irish newspaper.
It does seem like they are a bit scared to commit, because if you look at the heading it says ...MAY help...

How funny that this is in the Irish times, but it is the verdict of a 2019 Western Australia government report
Trust the process, the results will come

In many ways we are a global village these days Christelle, at least as far as information being passed around in the free world.

Here is another study I got in my news feed this morning. It looks at the benefits of very low carb for older adults...and part of the diet was 3 eggs per day.
