Interesting. Mosley thinks it works without causing undue discomfort because dieters are in ketosis.
As highlighted in the article - it's what happens at the end of thr 12 week period when the patients try to get back to their normal high carb eat badly plate where the failure of this way of eating and follow up issues really start.
One is too many a thousand not enough.

RM, the NHS version will last a year, with food being reintroduced slowly. But if anyone decides to do this on their own, we know what the result will be...fast regain of lost weight. More yoyo dieting.
