That’s really interesting to note that you’ve lost weight despite eating more carbs (I presume) than you would normally eat.

I did manage to get a short walk and enjoy the sunshine.

Yes I thought it was very odd Jules as I never eat much in the way of carbs. I expect it will soon come back on though. I don't think its "real" weight loss.
