Default Bad news for food manufacturers - the low carb word is out

An article from the Grocer a UK publication.

    https://www.thegrocer.co.uk/health/b...650241.article

But of course Big Food will rapidly jump on the bandwagon in fact I already see "low Carb" bread and wraps in the supermarket along with energy bars.
One is too many a thousand not enough.

"...the authors refer obliquely to the need to “address tricky issues like the current over-processing, to make the most of the nutrition potential of maize and wheat”.*"
Unfortunately it's a bit difficult to consume most grains without "over processing", or any processing for that matter. Then there's the issue of how our bodies react to so called nutritious grains. I know mine's not happy...
Dear Stomach, you are bored, not hungry. So shut up.
