    I know this sricty isn't new but it does reiterate the harm high blood sugar can do.

    Another reason to stick rigidly to low carb!

    Makes you wonder what Tesco are thinking with their eat all you want (you deserve it) Christmas ad! Why isn’t this being flagged up, and a reduction in carb consumption strongly recommended?

    I also find the Tesco ad quite obscene, when viewed alongside reports like this:
