Would you be referring to Plant Based News there GW?

Plus keto does not miss out on fruit, we eat berries, courgettes, aubergines, toms, cucumber, etc. We also miss out on other foods, so what are Plant based eaters missing out on - real food, when they munch through highly processed packaged c*ap.

That looks truly unpleasant, quite aside from health ‘benefits’!

Obviously has zero idea what the keto diet is, and since when were pulses and grains "nutrient dense".

But we’ve been told by experts that they are so there’s no arguing with that. (Tongue firmly in cheek)
