    Thanks for sharing . Enjoyed the comments - " you are what you eat" is a cornerstone of health philosophy and "you are what you defecate" must be its corollary " . The article is a good eg of what is wrong with medicine - only reactive - better check what's on the shelves and promote healthy eating
