    . . . and then apart from regenerative agriculture, where soils are improved by the grazing of ruminants, being the best option for the planet there is the whole issue of the damage eating a plant based diet is doing to some of us.

    This lecture from Dr Paul Mason in 2019
    shows why we should be wary of consuming the lectins which are present in plants and these are merely one type of defence mechanism they employ against the animal kingdom.

    That's exactly what I was thinking RM. and what state would the land be in if there were no sheep?
