Seems to me everyone has to find their own path - and unless someone deliberately asks you what you are doing (to lose weight!) nobody really appreciates being told what to do or having their own eating plan criticised.

Sue - the first "no thank you" is the easiest
Hope this plays... (just 10 mins from yesterday, includes the drug in question)

The truth is deafening, no matter how quietly spoken.
Excellent Zoe! Thanks Andy.

Brilliant thanks Andy and Zoe.
Gilli - DLTBGYD but more importantly KCHO
Thank you Z&A.
One is too many a thousand not enough.
Looking at those side effects, no wonder their appetite reduced.
Started again on 1 September 2020. Hoping this time I’m in it for the long term!
A work colleague is on this medication and she has lost weight dramatically. She has been diabetic for 21 years, caused by pregnancy, and she was trying low carb a few years ago and I’d update her progress on this forum, with her full permission. I haven’t seen her for a good few months as we were working in different locations and I was shocked when I next saw her, by the amount of weight she has lost. She looks really good, I must admit, however she munches on the office biscuits freely, knowing that she won’t gain weight, but ultimately causing her health to suffer![]()
Why do people never combine these drugs with healthy eating?
Nice to see you on here, Jules - how have you been?
