Whilst I do think that she is completely barking, I do think there is no harm in fasting until 11am each day, or going keto. She can keep plant-based, though!

I agree. If what she is doing works for her then maybe it will for others. And it's not as if she's promoting 48 hour fasts.

Most of her stuff is completely off the wall, though.

She's very much off my radar. I only notice her when she's promoting a 500 pot of miracle cream.

A funny story, my eldest son flat-shares in Madrid and a large jar of “Goop” Himalayan salt shampoo had been left in the flat by a previous tenant. Son brought it home in his case and wrapped it up for one of my Christmas presents this year, thinking it was brand new as it was still boxed. When I opened it up it had had some of it already used. Son was mighty embarrassed, I thought it was hilarious and I wasn’t bothered in the slightest. The shampoo is actually very lovely to use!

I have bone broth about 8 AM and then real food at midday and 6PM, so I either have a 14 hour rest from food or an 18 hour rest from food. I know more an more people doing this intermittent fasting.

Glad to hear the expensive shampoo found a good home at last Jules.

I agree that the intermittent fasting thing generally works for me RM. I don’t clock watch, but simply fall naturally into the approximately 16:8 pattern and sometimes an OMAD pattern if I simply don’t feel hungry for a second meal.

I loved her performance in Shakespeare in Love, but generally feel sorry for her because despite* fame, wealth and success she looks as though she struggles with so much of life.

    * or should that be “because of”
