    This is on our menu for supper tonight. Thanks for resurrecting the thread overlea8.

    . . . and of course, thanks for the original post Mat. I am beginning to feel as if I am on the stage at the BAFTAs, so I should also thank OH for consenting to eat something he has not had before and probably mention world peace as well.

    Ohhhh...yum!
    I don't care for dill, so I Italianised mine. I used pork mince with garlic,chilli flakes, and fennel seeds. I also forgot i didn't have snyvdggs, so used about 2 tablespoons of porridge oats for moisture.
