    Clifford what are you like. Fundermental rule.....DONT MIX CARBS WITH FAT . OAT CAKE = CARB . HAM = FAT !!!!! Have you learnt nothing from me |???!!!! xx

    I am naughty then-as I've indulged in oatcakes ...thinking I read here somewhere that they were preferable to wheat.
    I only have them (1-2) very late-and usually3-4 hours after a meal. They don't seem to have an effect on my weight loss.

    On their own they're not a disaster but Sarah has been having them with ham.

    Heidi I was with you when you brought the oatcakes so I just presumed that they would be ok.......!!!
    anyway E-NOUGH about my sins of this week.....lets all forgive me and forget....today I have stirfryed prawns, cabbage leeks and peppers for lunch so THERE!!!
    Dinner will be a nice juicy steak with grilled asparagus / grilled tomatoes and some feta.
