    Still on oatcakes.! Does anyone have a way of making oatcakes that are OK for Phase 2?

    Thanks, im well chuffed. I fit in size 8 tops too.... if i can get the trousers to become baggy i will be really happy. I recon it will take about 7 /10 pound !

    I've just looked up the ingredients for Nairn's oatcakes. The first ingredient is oats, the second and third are fats, which of course makes it mixing. BUT, it's 88% oat, so a fairly small amount of fat. Still mixing, but maybe not so bad. I think the thing to do it is try it and monitor your weight. Some people will get away with it, others won't.

    I lost while having oat cakes. But only 2 a day. If I ate the pack(6) I'd definitely gain.
    Now I stay away from them as I find it more difficult to limit intake.
