I have a problem with cheese

Q) I have hit a problem with cheese, I can’t stop eating it. My craving for chocolate is long gone, but has now been replaced by cheese. What do you suggest I do? Thanks in advance.

A) The way to get rid of any craving is to not eat the substance for at least five days. Remember how tough those five days are but your craving really does go as soon as the substance has passed through the body.
