What should I have for snacks?

Please note that the ideal way of eating is to have three big meals a day, which fully satisfy you, and not to snack during the day. However, if you really need snacks in the morning or afternoon, here’s what you can have…

Phase 1 – any of the allowed foods at any time of the day e.g. hardboiled eggs, Natural Live Yoghurt, crudités, slices of unprocessed meat etc.
