When can I have couscous?

You can have couscous as a carb meal in Phase 2. Even though it is quite an unusual grain, don’t have it instead of brown rice in Phase 1 because it is part of the wheat family. For this reason, it may be a problem in Phase 2 for those with wheat intolerance.
