If wheat is not a problem for you, you can have shredded wheat, or bite size shredded wheat – 100% whole wheat. However, the vast majority of people I have worked with have had wheat as a Food Intolerance. So, it is best avoided for a few weeks in Phase 2 for most people. Thanks to gluten intolerance, there are many wheat-free alternatives to every-day foods in the supermarkets.
