Why do I have to stop eating the foods I most like?

Because these are the foods you most crave and you crave foods that are causing you problems – this is the real irony of Candida, Food Intolerance and Hypoglycaemia.

The foods you don’t crave are not causing you problems. This is why meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, brown rice and Natural Live Yoghurt are generally OK for anyone – they are hardly ever the subject of cravings....
