Not in Phase 1 – you really need to come off all processed food for at least five days.
High cocoa content chocolate (at least 70% cocoa and ideally 85-90%, or even higher) is a cheat, because it contains sugar. However, it is one of the least processed, lowest carbohydrate and most nutritious cheats that we can have and therefore can be a useful option in Phase 2.
