Here are some breakfast options for anyone allergic to eggs:
1) Fish: This does seem a bit strange, but Haddock is quite a normal breakfast dish (a non smoked version of haddock);
2) Natural Live Yoghurt;
3) Bacon, on its own;
4) Brown rice cereal, instead of the brown rice allowance.
5) Another cereal option is the new one added in this edition of the book – porridge oats – 100% whole porrid...
