Bulghar Wheat Salad
Bulghar wheat makes a great base for a salad. It gives a good carbohydrate content, to fill you up for a few hours. It is also rich in B Vitamins, phosphorus and iron. It is an ideal grain for those suffering from pure wheat intolerance, so it is an excellent all-rounder.
