Stir-frying vegetables seals in their flavour and goodness. This makes a delicious meal in itself or it can be served as an accompaniment to other dishes. The amount of vegetables can be varied to suit but, as a guide, allow approximately 200g of uncooked vegetables per person if serving as a main course.
