When do I move on to different phases?

You can stay on Phase 1 as long as you like and this is recommended for people showing strong signs of all of the conditions.

Phase 1 can be followed safely and healthily indefinitely.

Phase 2 widens your food choices and can make the eating plan more enjoyable and flexible. When you move on to Phase 2 really take care not to re-introduce foods that you have been craving....
