Q) I am puzzled why I have sugar cravings straight after eating a meal. I just ate a carbohydrate meal consisting of brown rice and spinach, so I should not feel anything. Is this normal? Or*is this connected to Candida, Food Intolerance and low blood sugar?
A) First of all, brown rice and spinach are nutritious foods so well done for choosing them.
