Chilli Spiced Chicken
We've noticed that a few club members enjoy spicing up their food and this simple recipe is a great way to 'add flavour to taste'. You can also cook extra pieces of chicken and chill for a lunchtime meal or to chop up on salads.
4 chicken pieces with skin on - Leg, breast, whole, whichever you prefer.
1 tbsp chilli powder (more if you like it hot)
1 tbsp ground cumin
