What are Vitamins & Minerals when added to foods?

What are they?

A number of vitamins and minerals are added to processed foods – especially breakfast cereals and cereal bars. My advice would be to skip the sugary cereals and bars and have 100% porridge oats and skimmed milk for breakfast instead, with all the natural nutrients therein. I do advise taking a good multi vitamin and mineral tablet daily ‘as an insurance policy’. No one can be con...
