Carrot and Canellini Bean soup

This thick soup is delicious and warming
8 Large Carrots
2 medium onions
4 Sticks of celery
1 litre of Vegetable stock
1 cup (medium) red lentils
1 tin of canellini beans
Use a wok! - I made the mistake of using a smaller pan the first time I made this!
Chop the carrots, onions and celery in to 1 cm cubes
