Garlic and Chilli Chicken
Make sure you get fresh, free-range, chicken for this recipe and always leave the skin on. As well as becoming beautifully crisp and tasty, the skin retains important nutrients. You can enjoy this recipe as a hot or cold dish and, while the oven is on, why not roast a few extra pieces for another day's snack or quick lunch.

4 Chicken Legs (or breasts, if you prefer), skin on.
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 clove of garlic
fresh ground black pepper
