Chicken, Haggis and Bacon Wrap
I thank my very good friend Jeanette for this recipe. She explained that the original recipe was with sausage meat but, being Scottish, she replaced the sausage meat with haggis. It was delicious and my mouth is watering just thinking about it
4 chicken breasts (skin on)
4 rashers of bacon
Small haggis (or 4 small sausages)
