Marinated and grilled mackerel
As well as being delicious and great value, Mackerel is rich in vitamins A, D and B12 and the mineral selenium.
1 Mackerel per person (cleaned and heads removed)
For the marinade:
150 ml olive oil
75 ml white wine or cider
few drops Tabasco sauce (optional)
salt and freshly ground black pepper
juice from a freshly squeezed orange and the grated rind.
