Green Pea Soup

The only vitamin that we really need to eat vegetables for is vitamin C (and that’s if we don’t eat raw liver or chestnuts). Peas are a great source of vitamin C and this soup must be one of the nicest ways to eat them.

Ingredients:
450g frozen peas
2 onions, chopped
A handful of mint leaves
A handful of parsley, not stalks
