What did red meat do to deserve this?
We're safely back from The Mediterranean - no whole grains to report. Quite a lot of white bread, white pasta, white rice and potatoes. Thankfully even more beef, lamb, veal, rabbit, chicken, turkey, cheese, eggs and fish, so there was no need to gain weight enjoying the real Mediterranean Diet.
I do like to get a newspaper on holiday - it's one of the rare...
