Due to the volume of email that comes in, please trust us when we say that we cannot answer personal diet and health questions, nor are we any longer able to respond to every email in person. However, we do read every one and we really appreciate the effort that you put into writing to us.

Here is a list of the most common enquiries that we get with some information to point you in the right direction.

For all personal questions relating to diet and health, please use the club forum. There are some fantastically helpful and knowledgeable people in there who can help you out and it is the best place to get a quick and supportive answer.
