    Default Is this bad?

After reading on here about adding vanilla extract to NLY to liven it up a bit, I *had* to go and try it. Yes, it was ace! But i then went on to have my phase 1 friendly dinner not 15 mins later My dinner was a fat meal, so will this be a bad issue?

Depends whether your NLY was full fat or low fat. If you had full fat and then a fat meal, should be ok. If was low fat and then fat meal...that's more of an issue. But what's done is done now anyway. So all you can do is move on and forget about it.

Should be just fine then. If it was fat free or low fat then they have more carb content. As long as it's not a habit you're getting into..this one off shouldn't affect you.

LOL! No, i just wanted to give it a try, wasnt a lot by any means Just wanted to test it for tommorrows brekkie lol! TBH, ive found I dont need to snack in the day and can easily go meal to meal with no issues! So no danger of it becoming habitual

I have always thought full fat was to only be had with fat meals but low fat could be had with both carb and fat meals (but why on earth would you want low fat when you can have yummy full fat!). I've just checked Rachels NLY and the carb content is similar in both (around 6g per 100g), Total 0% has no fat and 4 carbs and Total Full Fat has 5g fat 3.8g carbs.

You are allowed to have low fat yoghurt with either a carb or a fat meal. It is only the full fat yoghurt that is limited to only fat meals. So, yes, you're right Ysabell!
